Nadia graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice Administration) with distinction from RMIT University in 2004.  She co-founded Giorgianni & Liang Lawyers in 2016.

 

Nadia is a solicitor advocate with over 15 years experience, practising exclusively in criminal law. She has experience in representing people charged with all offences from summary crime through to serious indictable matters. She has a particular interest in offences against the person and drug trafficking matters.

 

Nadia is a passionate and honest defence advocate, who always strives to achieve the best results for her clients. Nadia has successfully represented numerous clients in all matters in the Magistrates’ Courts across Victoria. She appears regularly in pleas, appeals and breach proceedings in the County Court and has instructed in many complex criminal trials in both the County and Supreme Courts of Victoria and Appeals to the Court of Appeal.

 

Nadia was admitted to practice as an Australian Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2011 and was recognised as an LIV Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law in 2020

  

Nadia is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria – General Committee, Criminal Law Section.
